CPR/AED and First Aid (Adult and Child)

CPR/AED and First Aid (Adult and Child) provides the knowledge and hands-on skills needed to respond confidently to cardiac emergencies, choking, sudden illness, and injuries. This instructor-led course covers adult and child CPR, AED use, basic first aid techniques, and emergency response procedures. Participants leave prepared to recognize and respond to life-threatening situations until professional help arrives.  Certification is through the Health and Safety Institute (HSI) and is good for 2 years.
