In this course, you'll learn how to safely identify, harvest, and prepare a diverse variety of wild edible plants. With fun hands-on exploration, you'll discover the edible and useful plants that thrive throughout the Willamette Valley while developing the skills and confidence to forage safely, responsibly, and successfully throughout the year.
